With the joining of the Circular Plastics research group from Maastricht University, the project will benefit from their professional expertise in mechanical recycling and product design. Their contribution ensures the innovation in the adaption of recycling technologies, thereby supporting the design for sorting and the recycling guidelines – both constitute decisive steps towards designing for circular food packaging.
